With a background in Ballet, Pole Fitness and Hip-Hop, I focus on strength and mobility; teaching you new ways to activate the right muscles, to hit your favorite dance moves! I break down every step, insuring even novice dancers can have fun in my high energy sessions, while burning some serious calories.
